This Privacy Policy explains how Elegant Alpfi Master (“the App”) handles information. The App is provided by Derya Bostanla (“we”, “us”, or “developer”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• Device identifier — a randomly generated device ID used to associate progress, history and preferences with your installation. No Apple ID or social login is required.
• Profile and progress data — display name, optional avatar image, XP, coins, streak, completed lessons, challenges, favorites, achievements and activity history.
• Content you submit — text prompts for AI coaching tools, optional outfit photos, and voice recordings used only while you actively record in the voice trainer.
• Support messages — name, email and message text if you contact support through the App.
• Technical data — basic app/device metadata sent at bootstrap (for example app version and OS version) to keep the service compatible.

3. Data stored on your device

Onboarding state, your chosen name and avatar, settings, cached lessons, favorites, challenge state and achievement unlocks may be stored locally on your device so the App can show your progress.

4. How we use information

• Provide lessons, challenges, achievements and learning history
• Generate AI coaching reports for style, etiquette, conversation and speech practice
• Maintain statistics such as XP, streak and completed activities
• Respond to support requests
• Improve reliability and content of the App

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Microphone

The voice trainer records audio only while you hold the record control. Audio is used to produce a speech report for that session and is not used for advertising.

6. Camera and photos

Outfit photos that you choose to upload are used only to generate the style or outfit report you requested. We do not use them for unrelated profiling.

7. Cloud processing

AI requests and progress/history updates may be sent to our server over HTTPS (https://api.elegantalpfimaster.cc) together with your device identifier. No account password is required to use the App.

8. Support tickets

If you contact support, the name, email and message you type are sent to us so we can reply. You can also email deryabostanla@gmail.com directly.

9. Data retention

Progress, history and related records associated with your device identifier are retained while your App installation continues to use the service. Support messages are retained as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable operational records.

10. Deleting your data

You may clear local App data using Clear All Data in Settings, which resets the App to first launch on your device. To request deletion of server-side data associated with your device or support messages, email deryabostanla@gmail.com and include enough detail for us to locate the relevant records (for example the device ID shown in the App if available, or the email used in a support ticket).

11. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third parties

The App may rely on infrastructure providers that host our API and store encrypted traffic in transit. Those providers process data only to operate the service on our behalf.

13. International users

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our hosting providers operate. By using the App you understand that this processing may occur outside your home country, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published at https://api.elegantalpfimaster.cc/privacy.
